A superb holiday apartment boasting more than 100 m² on the top floor of a wooden chalet situated on a hill awaits you in Bodenmais in the Bavarian Forest. 

Bodenmais was awarded the tourism award 2017 by the German automobile club ADAC!

The holiday apartment Bauer-Power is run by sporty, children- and animal-loving owners. It is situated close to the village centre in a side street above the spa gardens.

You can look forward to a quiet location in walking distance to the centre.

The market place of Bodenmais, the supermarket and a variety of restaurants can be reached in 5-10 minutes on foot. The swimming pool and the Vital-Zentrum, where health and fitness classes can be attended free of charge, are 200 m away. The train station is at a distance of 350 m.

Holiday makers arriving by train can use the new electric cars provided by the company Ewald Carsharing. The location and the charging station can be reached within 3 minutes on foot.

You can also look forward to receiving the aktivCARD Bayerischer Wald,an attractive all-inclusive guest card, which includes during your stay a variety of services in the village as well as in the Bavarian Forest. No matter where you are planning a visit to – with the card GuTi you can also travel free of charge by bus and by train within its specified tariff zone.

The following destinations are nearby: ski lift Silberberg 2,5 km, ski lift Riedelberg 8,5 km, ski area Arber 15 km, cross-country skiing trail Nordic-Aktiv-Zentrum Bretterschachten 7,5 km and local cross-country skiing trail 750 m.

In winter, the bus stop for the ski bus can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. Subject to snow conditions, snow shoe and ski tours to the mountain Großer Arber can be started from and completed at the house.

The downhill slope for sledge or ski runs ends in close proximity to the apartment.
